The Assizes for the county of. Devon ended on Saturday last, at the Castle of this City, when the following prisoners were tried and received their sentence, viz. … and Lawrence Lynch, for uttering forged and counterfeit notes; … were all capitally convicted, and received sentence of death, nine are since reprieved, but the latter three are left for execution.
