Part of letter, dated 17 May 1825, from Windsor Court House. I have the honor to enclose to you a Ticket of Leave taken this day from Thomas Lynch of the Prince Regent, the same having been improperly obtained, as the application for it had been rejected by this Bench. The prisoner having been received with another prisoner from Emu Plains with another prisoner by one Maurice Quinland for the purpose of being allowed to work for himself. He was afterwards with one Thomas Mulnihill (?) of Freemans Reach and from here to James Connolly of … -------------------------------------------------- NSW 1828 Census Index. Thomas Lynch, age 65, F.S. Prince Regent, 1821, 7 years, catholic, Landholder, Wilberforce district. Holds 20 acres, all cleared and cultivated.
