Irish Convict Database, by Peter Mayberry. Ann Maguire, alias McGuire, age on arrival, 40, per Roslin Castle (5) 1836. Tried Cork City, 1835. 7 years for Receiving stolen goods. Previous convictions – 7 years, served 3 in gaol at Dublin. DOB, 1796, native place, Dublin, Protestant. Trade, Washer woman nurse. Married 2 male, 2 female children. Daughter Catherine Maguire arrived per James Pattison 1836 but questionable.
