Tried at the Old Bailey. https://www.oldbaileyonline.org/print.jsp?div=t18380129-652 DANIEL MAHONEY, PATRICK MAHONEY , and THOMAS BRYAN were indicted for the wilful murder of John Bryan; they were also charged on the Coroner’s Inquisition with the like offence. The Mahoneys were father and son. DANIEL MAHONEY. GUILTY of Manslaughter only.—Aged 18. PATRICK MAHONEY. GUILTY of Manslaughter only.—Aged 40. Transported for Life. BRYAN— NOT GUILTY .
