Convicted Spring Assizes County Armagh, 1822 aged 19 Name: Mallon. Sent to Kilmainham 3 Aug 1822 under Sarah Mallin, onto convict transport 'Woodman'. Irish Convicts to Aust list her as Mallon and her marriage certificate lists her as Maloney as does her application to marry with a note for Sarah Mallan, see Maloney. No evidence of Malbon found. Arrived in Sydney 25 Jun 1823 and sent to Female Factory Parramatta, assigned to Thomas Ryan as Sarah Mallon. Married James Ansell/Hansell 25 Oct 1824, lived at Parramatta and four children have been identified. James died in 1848, but have no death date for Sarah Ansell/Hansell nee Malloney.
