Spouse: m (1) Ireland, William O’Brien; lived (2) 1795, with William McDuel, alias McDewel, alias McDouall. Died 1804 at Sydney. References: Convict Indents. Donohoe- Catholics of NSW. P 74, 299. Family connections for Margaret (Maloney) are: MALONEY Margaret (Maloney) arrived in NSW as a convict on 7 8 1793 after a voyage of 6months on BODDINGTONS. She had a first relationship with William (Bryant/Brian) his first relationship) & produced 1child.>>> William (Bryant/Brian) was born on 12 2 1776. He was tried at probably Old Bailey, sentenced to 7years, held at Middlesex Gaol Delivery & arrived in NSW as a convict on 14 2 1792 after a voyage of 8.5months on PITT; much fever & attempts to escape from the ship resulted in deaths of convicts-of the 450convicts on board only 29 were alive at muster in May 1792 (or perhaps only this many could be mustered). He had a first relationship with Margaret (Maloney her first relationship). He was Free by Servitude by 1798. He appears to also have adopted 1child. He was recorded in 1828 & 1830 as a farmer He died on 21 4 1860 age84 father of 3children.
