The Arabian arrived at Hobart Town, February 25 1847.

Mary Malony, for stealing a frock, the property of Anne McLarney, and stripping children in the street.—To be transported for 7 years. Limerick Chronicle, 8 July 1846. City Sessions, Saturday. The following were the convictions fore the Assistant-Barrister, in the City Court, Saturday, not one of the trials possessing the highest interest: Mary Molony, despoiling children of their dress in the street; Ellen White, larceny of quilt from Bridget Sullivan ; Mary Kenny, violent assault on Ellen Sullivan ; and Bartholomew Mears, larceny of a cloak, the property of Bridget Galvin, to each transported for seven years.
