Margarette or Margaret Costello was convicted at the Hobart, Tasmania, Supreme Court on 27/04/1861, together with her husband James Costello, for Receiving stolen property. (Note: they had previously been charged with the same offence, but acquitted.) Margaret had emigrated to Australia, free, on the 'Bodecia'. To be sent to the Female Factory, Launceston. 03/11/1844: delivered of a female child. Ticket of Leave 02/12/1845 Conditional Pardon 04/12/1849
