170916 Markwell Samuel - Strathfieldsaye 1836. 24 July 1835 Leviathan Hulk, Portmsouth UK Prison Hulk Registers and Letter Books. Age 29. Sentenced to 7 years transportation for stealing geese. Admitted to the Leviathan Hulk from Ipswich on 24 July 1835. Transferred to the convict ship Strathfieldsaye on 6 February 1836. 170914 Markwell Samuel - Strathfieldsaye 1836 8 April 1841 Newcastle gaol Gaol Entrance Books. State Archives NSW;Item: 2/2009; Roll: 757. Admitted to Newcastle gaol from Raymond Terrace for drunkenness and fighting. Sentenced to 14 days in the cells and return to service. 172329 Markwell Samuel - Strathfieldsaye 1836. 7 October 1841 Newcastle Gaol Gaol Entrance Books. State Archives NSW; Item: 2/2009; Roll: 757.
