Crime: Stealing a pocket book from Thomas Billett at Bath Fair 14 February 1822. Initial sentence: Transportation for 14 years. Gaoler's report: Discharged from gaol January last - a very bad character. Annotated (Outcome): 7 May 1822. Rejected. Petitioner(s): Thomas Billett.
