Absconded. McAnamy Daniel or James, No. 29-195, Governor Ready, 25, Carter and Soldier, Kildare, 5 feet 5, grey eyes, brown hair, dark ruddy comp, large cut inside left hand at top, from Mr George Blackett. NSW Govt. Gazette, 12 Dec 1832.

The Australian Convict Records states that James McAnaly was 22 years old. He could read; religion: Protestant; status; single and a native of Kildare. He was described as being a carter and soldier. He was convicted at Waterford on 3 June 1828 for desertion. Transport number was 195. He was assigned to John Tucker of Parramatta River.
