Colonial Sentence: tried at Crim. Court at Camp. Town, 18 Aug 1830, Burglary, 7 years commuted from Death recorded. Drowned. Description: Edmund McCarthy Native of Waterford Co., age 23, 5 ft 6. Sallow comp, Dk brown hair, hazel eyes.
