Being in a public house yesterday. Repd. Oct 18 1839, T.L. Misconduct- discharged. April 22 1840 T.L. Misconduct in being absent from his authorized place of residence and strongly suspected of Felony- Hard labor out of chains 12 months. Ticket suspended Cleveland. Then conduct to be reported. T.L. suspended. Vided Lt Govn’s decision, 24 April 1840. January 12 1840. Perth Bridgetty. Absent without leave all night. Existiong sentence of hard labor extended 1 month. Vide Lieut. Govn’s Decision, 5/1/41. May 28 1841. T.L. Drunk, fined 5/-. 15 July 1841. T.L. Misconduct in being in To(wn) contrary to orders. 5 mos. Hard labor. Remarks: Crucifix, our Saviour bleeding on it, an angel with a cup catching the blood. An angel blowing a trumpet. Moon and stars on breast. Little finger left hand, bent & crippled.
