Circuit Intelligence.  Ronald M'Donald, present prisoner in the tollbooth of Aberdeen, was indicted for theft, and being habit and repute a thief, but, in the course of the trial, the libel ?? to an arbitrary punishment, and after a trial of length, the pannel was found guilty, and thereupon was sentenced transportation for 14 years,  which finished the business.   Caledonian Mercury, 28 Sept 1809. -------------------------------------------- Hulk Records.
