IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW SOUTH WALES, IN ITS ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION. GEORGE the FOURTH, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, etc. In the Estate and Effects of SAMUEL SANDELL, late of Parramatta, in the Colony of New South Wales, Carpenter, deceased, Intestate ; and to all Christian People. GREETING - YOU are hereby cited and warned, that you and each of you, appear either personally, or by your respective Proctors, before the Supreme Court, at the Courthouse, situate in King-street, Sydney, on Saturday, the Fourth Day of April next, and do then and there renounce, or take upon yourselves the Burthen of the Administration to the Estate and Effects of the said Samuel. Sandell, deceased, or do shew Cause why Administration to the Estate and Effects of the said Samuel Sandell, deceased, intestate, should not be granted to Matthew McElroy, and Sarah his Wife, of Sydney, the said Sarah being the next Kin, and sole Heiress of the said Samuel Sandell, deceased, as is represented unto us.
