1845 - 4 July. Trial. Aged; 37 years old Having a Mould for coining in his procession Trade; Millers Millwright Native Place; Co. Limerick Sister; Ellen at Cork 1856 - 19 July. Port Arthur Insane Asylum. Disease; Mania verging on Dementia 1877 - Saltwater River Insane Asylum. Disease; Mania 1877 - Present age about 62. Health generally good but will not do any work. Usually quiet. is cleanly in his habits and subject to occasional its of excitement 1877 - 25 July Cascades Hospital for the Insane. From P.A. to Cascades - DIED 23 Jan 1885. Continued to sink and died at 9.30 pm
