Trial: 16 Jun 1849. Admitted she committed the crime to be transported for the purpose of joining her husband (James McGrath, per Lord Dalhousie 1852) Punishment books: 5 May 1851 - disobedience of regulations. Admonished. Officer: Mr Thomas Pearce (Overseer & Crime Class Constable) 6 Dec 1851 - improper language to Mrs Eliza Serviss (Overseer). 3 days B&W TOL 9 Nov 1852 2nd marriage 28 Feb 1853 at Carrick - John Hammersley (Surrey), 13 children + 2 children from 1st marriage to James McGrath (according to his convict records) Died 26 Apr 1914 at 12 Gunn Streer, Inveresk (Launceston TAS). Buried at Bangor Anglican Cemetery, Lilydale (husband John died 17 Jul 1893, buried same location)
