There is a great deal of information about Grace Smith & her aliases available via the Public Records Office of Victoria (PROV). She continued offending throughout her life - mainly the crime of vagrancy due to being homeless. She was committed to Kew Asylum in the later years of her life where she died. She is buried in an unmarked paupers grave in the Presbyterian Section of the Melbourne General Cemetery under the name of Grace Smith.
