Lawrence McKay was Irish, he was born in Tipperary and was 27 years old when convicted in Arnee, India. Lawrence was single, 5'7" tall, ruddy and freckled complexion, sandy brown hair, hazel eyes, small mole left temple, another left jaw, Burmese implements of war inside lower right arm, l Mack IS inside lower left arm, tow tigers pellican dog and other marks on front of right thigh, man money two peacocks and other marks on left thigh. 16/4/1837: Absconded from the A A Company, Port Stephens. 1842: TOL Port Stephens 26/5/1843: COF 1858: NSW BDM - Lawrence McKay died at Molong, aged 45.
