Tried at High Court, Glasgow Dates 31 Dec 1842 Accused Alexander Muirhead, Verdict: Guilty, Sentence: Transportation - 7 years Previous convictions: theft. **He was also on board the Lord Petre** John McKillop, son of Catherine McIntyre or McKillop, Trongate Street, Glasgow, Verdict: Guilty, Sentence: Imprisonment - 15 months. Note: Pannel to serve sentence in the prison of Glasgow. **Brother of Archibald, who was transported for Burglary in 1846 and arrived VDL per Pestonjee Bomanjee 1847** Archibald McKillop, Verdict: Guilty, Sentence: Transportation - 7 years Previous convictions: theft. Archibald was listed as 22 years old on arrival - native place Glasgow. Listed as a Labourer in VDL but listed as a Fish Dealer on his conviction record. He was 5'4¾" tall, fresh complexion, dark brown hair and whiskers, blue eyes, scar between themb and finger right hand, scar under chin, mole under left jaw, left leg has been broken, single, reads.
