TRIAL; 14 Feb 1821 Middlesex, England THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE OLD BAILEY Born; 1789 Tried at Old Bailey, London (Middlesex gaol delivery). Accused of theft from a specified place (stealing, on the 2d of february, at st. mary, islington, one pair of coach traces, value 30 s.; one collar, value 10 s.; one pad, value 10 s., and one pair of hames, value 5 s., the goods of Samuel Bennett , in his dwelling-house). Found guilty with recommendation. Sentenced to death. Sentence outcome was transported. Native Place; Jamaica.
