Robert Holmes, murder, to be hanged on the 6th inst. but respited until the 18th.—Daniel O'Brien, larceny, to be transported for 7 years,---John Kelly and William Kelly, cow stealing, ditto. Wm. Smith, larceny, ditto.—John Glanny, Thady M‘Namara, and Pat. Burke, ditto.-- Limerick Gazette, 10 Aug 1819.

Per "Hadlow", 1820. 1823 Aug 19,18 Servant of Sarah Whiteing of York Street, Sydney; testimony as to his character for a ticket of leave (Reel 6027; 4/1716.1 pp.78-80) We hereby certify that Timothy McNAmara, who came to this S=Colony by the ship Hadlow, which arrived in 1820, has not been convicted of any crime or misdemeanour in this Colony, bu t is to our certain belief and honest, sober and industrious Character, having served faithfully Sarah Whiteing, residing in York Street, Sydney, from the 15th day of August 1820 to the 19th day of August 1824.
