High Court of Justiciary.  Catherine Ross, Helen McNeil, and Rachel Wilson, pleaded Not Guilty to a charge of assault on the person of an individual, in a house in the Grassmarket, whom they robbed of 30s. on the 10th July last. They were found Guilty, and sentenced to fourteen years' transportation Caledonian Mercury, 10 Nov 1838. All three were transported on the same ship.
