Bartley M'Tigue was indicted for stealing some wearing apparel from Patrick England. Patrick England deposed that he had lost body 4 coat, trowsers, shoes, &c.—his father gave the prisoner lodging for two nights, and the third day he decamped with the property, and subsequently found it on his person, in Milltown - Guilty, not sentenced. Kerry Evening Post, 29 Feb 1832. ENNIS ASSIZES. Summary of convictions up to Monday evening:— … Timothy Ryan, Buckley M'Tege, and  Mary Hehir for larceny—to be transported for 7 years each. … Kerry Evening Post, 3 March 1832.
