Bartley M'Tigue was indicted for stealing some wearing apparel from Patrick England. Patrick England deposed that he had lost body 4 coat, trowsers, shoes, &c.—his father gave the prisoner lodging for two nights, and the third day he decamped with the property, and subsequently found it on his person, in Milltown - Guilty, not sentenced. Kerry Evening Post, 29 Feb 1832. ENNIS ASSIZES.
