From Co Wicklow Ireland convicted for stealing lead from a roof. 5' 3 1/2" sallow complexion sandy hair and dark eyes. Note states died 5/10/1842 and cert 29/1018 The Sydney Gazette and New South Wales Advertiser (NSW : 1803 - 1842) View title info Thu 12 Aug 1824 PRINCIPAL SUPERINTENDENT'S OFFICE, SYDNEY, August 11, 1824. THE undermentioned Prisoners having absented themselves from their respective Employments, and some of them at large with false Certificates, all Constables and others are hereby required to use their utmost Exertions in lodging them in safe Custody : . John Mellon, .Ld. Sidmouth ,ss County Wicklow, A feet s and a half Inches, dark eyes, sandy hair, sallow comp. Servant to Mr. J. W. Brown.
