Police-OFFICE, WlNDSOR, 24th NOVEMBER, 1827. WHEREAS, the undermentioned Persons, who enjoy the Indulgence of A TICKET OF LEAVE, have represented to me, that their TICKETS have been STOLEN from them , or otherwise that they have been lost or destroyed; viz. - Joseph Mercer, Guilford (1), London, 33, Shoemaker, 4 feet 7 inches high, dark pale complexion, brown hair, hazle eyes, No. of Ticket 19,1099, 6th January, 1817.
