6/12/1832 Morning Advertiser London, England NISI PRIUS COURT. (Before Mr. Justice Littledale.) HORSE-STEALING. Benjamin Frost and Charles Miles, two decently-dressed labourers were indicted for stealing two horses, valued at 30/. Benjamin Frost and Charles Miles were both onboard the Captain Cook 1833 - "supposedly" Can find no mention of either of them in Australia - found no mention of either in the Sick Journal of the Captain Cook, (so they did not die onboard). Perhaps they served their sentences on the Hulks in England.
