Robertson, Verdict: Guilty, Sentence: Transportation - 10 years Margaret Fraser, Verdict: Guilty, Verdict Comments: Guilty - recommendation for leniency, Sentence: Transportation - 7 years John was sentenced along with his wife, Janet. Janet was transported to VDL under the name of Janet Robertson alias Milloy. She married Joseph Day (Blenheim 1850) on 27/6/1853 and they had 2 children. John was 5'6" tall, light brow hair, hazel eyes, was literate, protestant, fair complexion, stout build and his occupation was listed as a "Packer". 24/6/1856: TOL 16/7/1863: CP at Bunbury. No marriage listed for John in WA.
