The following Prisoners, (20 in number) were severally capitally convicted, and had sentence of Death recorded against them, viz : James Mills and George Moody, for burglariously breaking and entering the dwelling-house R, B. Stone, at Eastbourne, and stealing property to the amount  of 50.— Sussex Advertiser, 24 Aug 1829.
