In reports of prisoners tried at Court of Criminal Jurisdiction (Reel 6023; X820 p.11) 1820 Jul 27 On list of prisoners transported to Newcastle per "Princess Charlotte" (Reel 6007; 4/3502 p.146) 1822 Apr 10,13 Re permission to marry at Newcastle (Reel 6009; 4/3505 p.169) ------------------------------------------------- Criminal Court. WEDNESDAY. - Thomas Waite and Jane Mitchell were indicted for house breaking at Parramatta. - Both Guilty. Sydney Gazette, 1 July 1820. CRIMINAL COURT. on Thursday, the 6th instant, the various prisoners that had been convicted during the session received sentence as follow, Thomas Wayte and Jane Mitchell, stealing out of a dwelling-house-7 years to Newcastle. Sydney Gazette, 15 July 1820. -------------------------------------------------- Requesting Governor’s permission to marry at Newcastle and publish Banns. Newcastle 10 April 1822.
