Moreton Bay Convict Record: Elizth Lyons convicted in the Colony in the name of Temple, ship, Kains; tried at Surrey Q.S. 1 Mar 1830, sentenced to Life for picking pockets, Trade – needleworker. Colonial sentence: Maitland Qr. Sess. 23 April 1833, sentence 2 years for Wilful and Corrupt Perjury. To Sydney 25 June 1835.

Elizabeth also spent 2 years at Moreton Bay. Convicted in 1833 Maitland.

Convict Indent: Elizabeth was 22, single, transported for Picking Pockets. Assigned to E. Walsh on arrival. Brother James Lyons came 8 1/2 years previously, (per 'Asia' 1822).

Elizabeth Lyons only had 3 marriages (not G Drury) and died in 1874. I have researched her extensively and my facts are correct.
