John Molony was indicted for having at Henry street, stolen several articles, including saws, and other carpenter's tools the property of Mr O'Connor. Several witnesses were examined, the case was strongly made, and the jury after a short deliberation found the prisoner guilty. Being an old offender, he was sentenced to seven years' transportation.
