THE undersigned having LOST his CERTIFICATE of FREEDOM, cautions all Constables and others against molesting him in any way whatever, as he will prosecute such as do so with the utmost rigour of the Law. DESCRIPTION. Name, James Monks; ship, Sophia; sentence, seven years; age, 35 years; trade or calling, labourer; height, 5 feet 6½ inches ; complexion, ruddy; eyes grey; hair, dark, general remarks, crucifix on the right arm, St. Patrick on the left, scar on the left cheek.
