Morgan Brown and Wm. Summers Rust, indicted for stealing in the night of the 23d of November, from a field in the parish of Finchly  in the county of Middlesex, a black mare, and a black gelding, the property of James Pope. John Spencer, carter to Mr. Pope  examined. I live at Finchley. Mr. Pope, my master, is a farmer, he had on the 28th of November a black gelding and a black mare, I saw them about ...
