Offence: Priv. Samuel Morley of the Gren. Guards 3rd Batt. charged with "Desertion & losing necessaries" from the original Court Martial records held on the 16 June 1827 at Knightsbridge, The Right Honorable James Abercrombie appointed Judge. Proceedings said before the King on 26 June 1827
