Jane was the youngest of three women convicted of highway robbery at Kilkenny on Jan 3. The others, Mary Mountain, age 26 was transported on Black Friar, and Bridget Lalor was transported on Duke of Cornwall. Jane was four foot ten, single, brown hair and fair complexion with no previous convictions.
