Luke Murphy was listed as 20 years old on arrival. Native Place: Dublin. Occupation: Grocer's boy. Luke was 5'5" tall, fair ruddy complexion, brown hair, hazel eyes. 15/4/1824: Assigned to William O'Donnell at Hunter River. 1825: Assigned to William Evans at or near Newcastle. 1828 Census: Newcastle Barracks. 28/7/1829: Convict Death Register - Luke died at Newcastle, aged 29.
