Irish Convict Database, by Peter Mayberry. Neill Murray, age on arrival, 31, per Charles Dumarque (1837), Tried at Trichinopoly Court Martial India, 7 years. DOB, 1806, Native place, Derry Co. Crime- Stealing watch, single, trade, soldier. Catholic.




The Charles Dumarque will discharge at Aspinall & Co's Wharf. This vessel brought up seven prisoners, (formerly soldiers) from India. Captain Wentworth, brother of Mr. Wentworth, the Barrister, came passenger from India in this vessel.
