Son of Thomas Mustoe and CHarlotte Gillett of Sevenhampton, Gloucestershire, UK Also imprisoned at Gloucester on 31/08/1850 along with his brother Daniel (my gt gt grandfather) for having assaulted, beaten and wounded two Police Constables. Thomas could also be found at Northleach Jail at the time of the 1851 census.
