Thomas Nash at Westbury, per Southworth, F.S., for larceny, sentence-2 months, a labourer, native place Essex, 51 yrs old, 5 feet 7 inches high. Tasmania Police Gazette, 29th Dec 1871, p209. Prisoner discharged from HM Gaols and House of Correction, Hobart & Launceston, week ending 21 & 17 Feb 1872. At Westbury, Thomas Nash, per Southworth, tried at Westbury, on 20 Dec 1871 for larceny, sentenced to 2 months, native of Essex, 51yrs, 5 feet 7 1/2 inches, grey hair, F.S., nearly bald, J N and anchor left arm.
