Gaol Report: Very indifferent Ship's Surgeon's Report: Good. Single man; Roman Catholic; farm labourer;5'6", can read; ruddy complexion; dk brown hair; grey eyes. Brother - Daniel Sisters - Margaret & Bridget Van Diemens Land record: Convict no. 53084 Station Gang: Impression Bay, 30mths. Muster 1847: New Town Muster 1848: Westbury Muster 1848: Dunorlan 1848: Absconded.




Patrick Noonan was tried (at Limerick on 22/07/1843) and convicted of shooting Patrick Shine, in the body, at his house. Hoolihan also convicted and onboard the 'Cadet'. Death sentence and threat of execution for 8 months. Confessed his crime. Commuted to transportation to Van Diemens Land 1844.
