Patrick Noonan was tried (at Limerick on 22/07/1843) and convicted of shooting Patrick Shine, in the body, at his house. Hoolihan also convicted and onboard the 'Cadet'. Death sentence and threat of execution for 8 months. Confessed his crime. Commuted to transportation to Van Diemens Land 1844.
