Fanny Norman, 26 yrs, married, convicted of larceny in a dwelling house, sentenced to 7 yrs at Central Criminal Court on the 22 Nov 1847. Prison Registers and Statistical Returns - page 175 1843-1850 HO 24/12




22 November 1847. Tried at Old Bailey, London (central criminal court (Old Bailey) London). Accused of theft from a specified place (, stealing 1 breast-pin, value 10l. and 1 ring, 10s. the goods of Walter Hills, her master, in his dwelling-house.). Found guilty. Sentenced to transportation.

At London * 22 November 1847 Tried for Larceny by a Servant in a dwelling. * 1849 - Birth of child ” SARAH LOUSIA " Born on the 25 November and Baptised on the 28 November 1849 in the Cascades Female House of Correction. Sarah died on the 23 January 1850 at the Dynnyrne Nursery. * 17 May 1852. Married in the St. George's Church to Henry Nicholls, a painter aged 31 years old. * 19 October 1852. Recommended for a Conditional pardon. * 18 October 1853. Conditional Pardon approved.
