27 May 1822 Return of proceedings of the Bench of Magistrates, Parramatta. MAY 25, 1822, Tried by Henry Grattin Douglass, Esq. Denis Nowlan, bond. Charged with stealing a good Augur. To receive 50 lashes, and be confined in a Cell for 7 days on bread and water. Remarks: attached to the Tree Hill gang. Dated 10 April 1824. List of prisoners on establishment at Bathurst with sentences not transmitted.
