6/8/1845: Drunk 2/9/1846: Drunk 21/9/1846: Drunk 17/12/1846: Drunk 4/3/1847 The Australian, Sydney: Timothy Nunnery, for being drunk and assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty, was ordered to pay a fine of 10ยป. and 2s. 6d. costs, or go to gaol for seven days. 1848: Timothy Nunnery died, aged 42 - NSW BDM.

The Indentures state that Timothy Nunnery was 22 years old. He could read and write; religion Catholic; status single and a native of County Cork. He was a boot and shoe maker. He was convicted of vagrancy on 7 April 1828 in Cork and sentenced to 7 years. He had two prior convictions. Physical attributes - Height 5 feet 3 1/2 inches; complexion ruddy and freckled; hair brown and eyes hazel. Transport number 87. Received Certificate of Freedom issued on 5 May 1835 in Government Gazette 6 May 1835.
