Henry Oakley was 28 years old on arrival in NSW. He was tried at the Old Bailey for stealing 1 watch £5, 1 seal 10s., and 1 key 2d., the goods of Dominick Conner, from his person. 8/9/1821: On list of persons victualled from H M Magazines. May 1825: On return of the sick prisoners at Melville Island 1/11/1824-30/4/1825. 27/8/1828: TOL Parramatta 16/2/1836: TOL Cancelled - for neglect of muster. 1837: Assigned to Lieutenant William Caswell, Raymond Terrace. 1840: TOL Maitland. 1845: TOL Bathurst. 10/7/1850: CP 4/10/1852: Tried at Bathurst QS for stealing and receiving a table frame - found guilty and sentenced to 12 months imprisonment at Bathurst Gaol. No date of death found.
