Waterson, at Clarence Plains. Hobart Town Gazette, 9 Dec 1820. Court of Criminal Jurisdiction. Monday. John Procter and Edward O' Hara were indicted for feloniously stealing a number of sheep, the property of William Waterson, a settler at the Bluff Lagoon. Evidence at some length was given in support of the information.— The prisoners made no defence; and were both found Guilty. Hobart Town Gazette, 27 Jan 1821.
