Native Place: Radnorshire. Transported for 'Stealing a coat'. Bernard was 5'3" tall, brown hair, grey eyes, eyebrows partially meeting, BR, half-moon, square and compasses in an arch, and FR inside lower right arm, JR crown and anchor inside lower left arm, two scars on back of forefinger of left hand, another on left shin. 1842: TOL Wellington.
