Date of crime was November 27, 1795, date of trial was December 2, 1795 at the Old Bailey he was aged 17 at the time. Charged with breaking and entering the house of Charles Churchill and stealing a box cloth coat value 3 pounds, pair shag breeches value 10s, a surtout coat value 1 pound, corderoy breeches value 6s, sustain jacket value 1 pound, cloth jacket value 3s, property of Charles Churchill. Also stealing great coat value 10s property of Richard Goodlake. Death commuted to life. Appeared before the Bench of Magistrates in NSW on December 8, 1798 for obtaining a pass under false pretences. Kerry Nyhuis
