And on Wednesday was committed to the said Gaol, by the Rev. Dr. Freeman, William Page, charged the Oaths of Wm. Hipwell and Wm. Judkin, on Suspicion of breaking into the House of the Hipwell, at West-Haddon, Northampton Mercury, 20 March 1790. Â On Thursday last ended the Assizes for this County, when Wm. Page, for breaking into the Dwelling-House of Wm. Hipwell, in the Parish of West-Haddon (in the Day Time) and stealing Articles Wearing- Apparel, was capitally convicted and received Sentence Death, but was reprieved before the Judge left the Town.
