22/1/1845: Pamplin/Pampling Joseph; Died at Newcastle Hospital (Convict Death Records) aged 23. He was in and iron gang at the time.




Joseph was 16 years old when indicted for stealing 1 halter, value 6d., 1 horse cloth, value 1s., and 1 mare, value £52 the goods of Joseph Manesty. Joseph had previously been in the employ of Manesty, and stole the mare because he was very hungry and had no place to stay. No other records found.
Joseph Pampling was indicted at the Old Bailey aged 15 years. He stole 1 halter 6d., 1 horse-cloth 1s., 1 mare 52l., the goods and property of Joseph Manesty. May have made his way to Queensland.
